We have one current vacancy for a Maintenance Co-ordinator
We have a new vacancy for a super organised Co-ordinator to join the Maintenance team. This is a great opportunity to join a small but high-performing team who operates at the engine room of our business.
A key part of this role is to support the Maintenance Manager in managing the Maintenance Provider that operates under a performance-based maintenance contract. Here’s an idea of some of the work you could be involved in:
- Fostering the relationship with our Maintenance Provider so they meet the terms of the contact and deliver a great customer experience to our tenants. You will also maintain and grow our awesome the day to day relationship with the Tamaki Housing Association (THA).
- You will relish analysing data, recognise patterns and underlying issues, identify ways to improve the tenant experience and maximise value for the business and capitalise on opportunities.
- Use your expertise to ensure maintenance issues are strategically progressed by the Maintenance Provider. This includes ensuring adherence to our quality management standards.
The challenge in this role comes from the continual need to balance the commercial elements with the social values and objectives of our Regeneration programme, and this is what will excite you about this role.
